By accessing and taking any personality or web-based assessments through ARM Group LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview
ARM Group LLC, in collaboration with KAAM Services Private Ltd (dba Hiremee), offers personality assessment tests and web-based assessments to individuals across the globe. These assessments are designed for self-awareness and self-help purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Employment
The assessments provided through our platform are solely for personal insight and development. Taking an assessment does not guarantee employment, job placement, or any job offers. The purpose of these tests is to provide users with a better understanding of their strengths, personalities, and capabilities.

3. Third-Party Platforms
ARM Group LLC uses the Hiremee platform to conduct these assessments. By taking the test, you acknowledge that ARM Group LLC is acting as a facilitator and uses third-party technologies and services to deliver these assessments.

4. Payment Processing
Payments for the assessments will be processed through a third-party payment partner, Stripe. ARM Group LLC does not store any payment information. You agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions for processing transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability
By accessing and using the assessment services provided by ARM Group LLC and Hiremee, you agree to release ARM Group LLC, its affiliates, employees, and any third-party service providers, including Hiremee, from any liability.
You further agree to waive any right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, losses, or injury, against ARM Group LLC or Hiremee for any matter related to the use of the assessment platform, the content of the tests, or any results derived from them.

6. Use of Data
By completing any assessment, you agree that ARM Group LLC and Hiremee may collect, store, and use your data in accordance with their privacy policies. Your personal information and assessment results will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the assessment services and providing feedback.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to test questions, results, and any other materials provided during the assessment process, are the intellectual property of Hiremee or ARM Group LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the materials without prior written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the assessment services will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. By using the platform, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ARM Group LLC, Hiremee, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the assessment platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination
ARM Group LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the assessment platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

11. Modifications
ARM Group LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
